Scope:
4,830s.f. interior renovation of an existing Dermatology Consultation & Surgery Clinic within a 1950’s era Medical Office Building with 3 Procedure Rooms, a recovery area, Histology Lab,  clean & soiled utility work areas, and 6 exam/treatment rooms. Renovations included the updating of all finishes, remodel of existing spaces to separate clinic & administrative functions, expansion of histology lab, upgrade to electrical system to provide emergency back-up power, addition of a scrub sink and replacement of existing surgery lights.
