9th Floor Shell Build Out

Scope:
Build-out of 9th Floor West-wing shell space (approx. 21,200sf) for a new (24) Bed In-Patient Medical-Surgical Nursing Unit (convertible to ICU) w/ (2) Airborne Isolation Room to support the hospital’s expanding community demand for medical care services. The construction of this shell build-out required coordination of existing utility shutdowns to mitigate continuity of patient care services as there is an existing ICU Patient Nursing Unit directly below the proposed build-out & stub outs of utility services to the floors above for future expansion.
