Scope:
Two floor renovation of existing medical office building to include accessibility upgrades, replacement of entire HVAC system, replacement of the roofing system, & seismic structural upgrades.

Primary Care Clinic: 
6,500sf Renovation & expansion of an existing clinic that caters to a geriatric patient population. The renovated clinic will provide a central nursing station surrounded by 16-exam rooms, 2-minor procedure rooms, specimen processing lab, associated administrative support spaces.
 
Outpatient Cardio-Pulmonary Rehabilitation Clinic:
6,500sf Tenant Improvement for relocation out-patient services from the hospital. The new space provides 1,800sf of Rehabilitation Exercise space, staff administration offices & two flex spaces to be used for Patient education, conference rooms, or Yoga / Pilates exercise studio.
