Scope: A 4,800sf Primary Care Clinic for the UC Irvine Health Medical Group. The medical planning incorporated a modified Lean Clinic design embedding physicians within each exam pods, a centralized nursing core to support the nurses and schedulers. The hybrid concept reduces patient wait times, staff travel distances and integratems, including accommodations for Bartesting, Blood draw lab, multiple private physician offices, and a conference room for patient education.
